Kick Off Event in Bangkok

Our client asked to create an unforgettable kick-off event. The conference was hosted at the incredible Four Seasons Hotel, with its flawless interior design and breathtaking views of the Chao Phraya River. It proved to be perfect choice.  The 3-day event included plenary and breakout sessions with corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities, all of which were dedicated to supporting a local Thai children’s charity.   

Guests enjoyed a very special gala dinner, where traditional Thai River boats were used to transport the guests to the Royal Thai Navy Hall.  There, they were greeted with welcome drinks accompanied by enchanting melodies of traditional Thai instrumental music performed by artists dressed in traditional Thai clothing.  The evening continued with a dramatic performance featuring 16 Thai drummers and dancers, followed by a DJ and a lively dance floor to conclude the festivities.
