Parties. The crazier the brief the better.

Funny thing to happen at an event?

The confetti cannon just kept going off at an event. We had to keep cleaning up the confetti on the dancefloor so guests could carry on dancing!

What do you like most about events?

Creating memorable experiences for people.

What is your favourite thing about events?

Being an avid golfer, The Ryder Cup is probably my favourite event.

What would be your dream location for an event?

Marina Bay Sands, Singapore.

Funny thing that has happened on an event?

I hosted a dinner for 130 guests at a Lisbon museum. While inspecting tables, I accidentally stepped into the fountain at the room's centre. Fortunately, I had a pair of spare shoes for the event!

What has been your favourite destination for an event?

Oman. The hotels are incredible as is the service, weather and range of options for dinner venues and activities. Snorkelling with the turtles was one of best experiences in life!

What is your favourite part of your job?

I love getting to know clients / events and bring the event to life via the registration site and event app. Being the first major touch point with the delegates first impressions really count and I love being a part of it.

What is the most fun part of your job?

Witnessing the successful execution of events. Creating enjoyable experiences for clients and attendees, brings a sense of accomplishment and joy.

What do you like most about events?

Managing details and seeing the creativity unfold is truly fulfilling.

Favourite thing to do in your spare time?

Spending time with my family, grandchildren, and friends.

What is the most challenging part of your job?

Not having enough hours in the day!

Bali, Indonesia

Funny thing that has happened at an event?

Being told by a famous TV Chef that I reminded him of his ex-wife.

What is your favourite event?

My favourite event was a kick off meeting in Lisbon. This was my first international event, and it was an incredible experience.

What is your dream location to host an event?

Somewhere exotic, such as Costa Rica.

What do you like most about events?

Working in a team and working with lots of interesting people

Favourite thing to do in your spare time?

Going out for food and drinks with my friends or family.

I love the glitz and glam of a gala dinner.

It used to be riding my motorcycle… now it's going for long, fast paced walks.

Seeing all of the little details that take lots of planning come to life on site.

Hanoi, Vietnam

What has been your favourite event?

My favourite event was in 2022, at Evolution, Battersea. The brief was “Around the World”, so entertainment consisted of a flash mob, roving elephants, henna, glitter, Bollywood dancing, a black cab photo booth.

What is the most fun part of your job?

It would have to be the variety – no event is the same, no location is the same, even the client preferences are always varied.

What is your favourite event?

Large-scale parties.

What was your favourite destination for an event?

The pyramids in Egypt were an impressive gala dinner backdrop!

Hearing all of the positive feedback from delegates.

Tokyo, Japan

Everyone’s faces at the end of an event, knowing we did a great job.

What is your favourite thing to do in your spare time?

Going on long walks and reading a good book.

Venice. The city is so unique with so much history, from the gondolas to their enchanting Venetian masks.

What is the most fun part of your job?

Exploring new cities and countries and learning all the great things they have to offer.

Every day is a new challenge.

Dubai, as everything is within proximity.

The more complicated the better (is that weird?)

Favourite thing to do in your spare time?

Family, friends, travel, good food and wine – ideally all together!

Love getting away from it all in my Campervan.

My colleagues always make me laugh no matter how stressful things get.

Relaxing in my comfies for a binge-watch, or out and about socialising!
