Kick Off Meeting In Lisbon

Lisbon provided a sophisticated location for our clients to reflect on the past 12 months, and plan for the year ahead, during a kick off gathering. Lisbon’s central Intercontinental hotel, with immaculate interiors and views over Parque Eduardo VII was chosen to accommodate the 175 delegates. Plenary and breakout sessions were combined with CSR activities, such as revamping local shelters for young people by cleaning and painting walls and ceilings during the three-day event.

It wasn’t all work and no play, as guests were welcomed on the first day with a jungle-themed welcome dinner at the Botanical Gardens (Estufa Fria). To set the scene, animal noises were played through speakers and guests were surrounded by plants to provide a taste of the exotic. Meanwhile a Portuguese Guitarist Duo and singer provided traditional entertainment.‌

Another evening was spent at the SUD, a stunning Mediterranean restaurant, situated next to the museum of art architecture and technology (MAAT), with incredible views over the Tagus River. With this magnificent background, a Jazz Trio, dance floor and a DJ provided further ambiance.
